In addition to simple cleaning tasks, Really Useful can undertake basic repairs and manage more complex work within properties, meaning that the process of preparing a property for ongoing let becomes a opne stop shop. Simply put us on the case, and we will prepare the property to the standards you require.
Typically, we will examine the property with you in order to determine the amount of work required, and this will be agreed in writing prior to commencement. Should you require urgent work to be carried out without joint inspection, we would produce a full report on the condition of the property, together with pictures. This allows you to justify the work being carried out in case charges are being made on the previous tennant.
We are fully insured, and operate a professional service which you will come to rely upon. We charge reasonable rates from £10.50 per hour dependent on the level of cleaning required. We charge for specialist equipment such as carpet cleaning machines at cost plus £15.00 per day.
